We know life can be a little busy, so we've tried to make paying as simple as possible.
Payment is no longer taken by direct debit, it is taken by recurring card payment, parents have to input card details and not bank details. This is taken through Class For Kids with a payment system called Stripe.

How much are gymnastics fees at Earls Gymnastics?
At Earls Gymnastics, all gymnasts pay £43.20 a month.
This fee entitles each gymnast to one weekly 1hr session a month.
Trial sessions are charged at £12 per gymnast.
Will I be charged more than £12 when paying for a taster session?
No. If paying for a trial session you will only be charged £12.
Once I enrol my child at Earls Gymnastics what fees can I expect to pay?
Should you decide to accept the offer of a place at Earls Gymnastics an Annual Membership fee to Earls Gymnastics is £20 as well as British Gymnastics Membership. This will be due the session after your child has attended the trial session.
Earls Membership is an annual payment that renews every October regardless of when you joined.
To renew:
British Gymnastics membership is £24, it is a rolling membership now which will need renewing every 12 months.
British Gymnastics Membership is done via www.british-gymnastics.org/membership. It is mandatory to have British Gymnastics Membership to participate in classes at Earls Gymnastics.
Does my Annual Membership start when my child joins Earls Gymnastics?
British Gymnastics membership is £24, it is a rolling membership now which will need renewing every 12 months, it doesn’t need to be renewed in October. The club membership does need to be renewed every October.
What happens if I want to withdraw my child from Earls Gymnastics?
In the event you wish to withdraw your child from classes we ask that you provide us with written notice to Info@earlsgymnastics.co.uk and follow the terms and conditions on your Class For Kids account.
If I miss a class or a class is cancelled will I get a refund/credit?
We are unable to offer refunds or credits for absences or class cancellations.
