We’re excited to announce the launch of our brand-new Gymnastics Mastery Series – monthly Sunday skill builder sessions designed to help your child focus on and master a specific gymnastics skill each month.
As part of our local gymnastics club in Halesowen and Oldbury, these sessions are ideal for gymnasts who want to make faster progress, develop better technique, and build confidence under expert guidance.

Each one-hour session is coach-led and structured to suit your child’s age and ability. Whether your child trains in gymnastics in Halesowen or gymnastics in Oldbury, these classes offer a great way to take their training to the next level.

Please make sure your child meets the age and experience requirements before booking a Gymnastics Masterclass. Certain advanced skills – including aerials, somersaults and backflips – need strong gymnastics foundations and may not be suitable for younger or beginner gymnasts.
Each monthly Masterclass clearly lists the skill prerequisites on the booking page, so you can easily check whether it’s the right fit for your child’s ability. If you’re unsure, simply get in touch – our friendly gymnastic coaches are always happy to offer advice and guidance.
By ensuring every gymnast is booked into the right session, we can keep our Gymnastics Masterclasses safe, effective and enjoyable, helping every participant progress with confidence.

Handstand Heroes
Build confidence and strength upside down! Focus on wall drills, body shapes, shoulder alignment, and balance control.
February
Cartwheel Clinic
Learn proper technique for cartwheels, one-handed variations, and progressions towards aerials.
March
Flexibility & Splits
Deepen flexibility for splits, bridges, and shoulders through fun, structured drills and partner work.
April
Tumbling Boost
Focused on speed and rebound: round-offs, connections, power take-offs and landing control.
May
Front Somersault Fundamentals
Build up the technique to safely perform forward flips using trampoline drills and floor set-ups.
June
Ninja Strength & Agility
Circuit-style conditioning using fun ninja challenges, bodyweight strength, core and grip drills.
July
Back Walkovers & Bridges
Improve bridge mobility, develop strength for kickovers and progress towards walkovers.
August
Break / Holiday
No session planned – ideal time for one-off workshops or camps

Back Somersault Fundamentals
Technique prep and trampoline drills for safe, coach-supported backward flipping progressions.
October
Aerial Academy
A focused block on developing the power, form, and control needed for aerials. Work includes cartwheel speed, hurdle, arm drive, and strength elements.
November
Back Flip Basics
Drills, setups, and safe practice to learn and develop confidence in Back flips.
December
Parent & Child Acrobatics
A fun, bonding-based workshop with simple partner lifts, balances and acro play.
