At Earls Gymnastics, we collect all payments via paperless Direct Debit using our payment provider Loveadmin.com. Paying by Direct Debit saves time as it is quick and easy to set up and only needs to be done once. Payments made by Direct Debit are also fully protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee, making it the UK's safest payment method. Once you have done that your part is done! When a payment becomes due, whether for a taster session, annual membership, monthly course fees, we will notify you by email prior to the payment being taken and you can sit back and relax in the full knowledge that everything has been taken care of.

How much are gymnastics fees at Earls Gymnastics?
At Earls Gymnastics, all gymnasts pay £36.00 a month.
This fee entitles each gymnast to one weekly 1hr session a month.
Trial sessions are charged at £9.50 per gymnast.
When do you collect the monthly course fee of £36.00?
The Monthly Fee of £36.00 will be requested by direct debit on or around the 15th day of each month for the month in advance. You will be notified by email on the 15th of every month and GoCardless will debit your account.
Will I be charged more than £9.50 when paying for a taster session?
No. If paying for a trial session you will only be charged £9.50.
Once I enrol my child at Earls Gymnastics what fees can I expect to pay?
Should you decide to accept the offer of a place at Earls Gymnastics an Annual Membership fee to Earls Gymnastics is £20 as well as British Gymnastics Membership. This will be due the session after your child has attended the trial session.
Both Earls Membership and British Gymnastics Membership is an annual payment that renews every October regardless of when you joined.
To renew:
Earls Membership is request by Direct Debit on or around the 15th September as a separate payment to your monthly fees.
British Gymnastics Membership is done via www.british-gymnastics.org/membership. It is mandatory to have British Gymnastics Membership to participate in classes at Earls Gymnastics.
Does my Annual Membership start when my child joins Earls Gymnastics?
Unfortunately for reasons beyond our control the answer is no. This is because British Gymnastics require that all memberships be renewed in September irrespective of when they commence. Therefore, if joining Earls Gymnastics in January an Annual Membership of £20 plus British Gymnastics Membership of £23 will be due in January to cover membership until September, and then again in September to cover membership for the following year.
What happens if I want to withdraw my child from Earls Gymnastics?
In the event you wish to withdraw your child from classes we ask that you provide us with written notice to Info@earlsgymnastics.co.uk and follow the terms and conditions on your love admin account.
If I miss a class or a class is cancelled will I get a refund/credit?
We are unable to offer refunds or credits for absences or class cancellations.
Can I cancel my Direct Debit with you?
Yes. You can cancel your direct debit with us at any time by logging into your Loveadmin.com account and cancelling your authorisation.
What happens if I cancel my direct debit?
Earls Gymnastics will contact you to ensure this was not a mistake. If you wish for your child to continue to attend gymnastics classes at Earls Gymnastics, your pre-authorisation would need to be re done before your child would be allowed to continue a class. We will give you 24 hours to do this before we would offer the space to a child on the waiting list.
Will you take payments out of my account without my authorisation?
Absolutely not. The Direct Debit Guarantee protects customers against unauthorised payments so that payments can't be taken unless the customer is given advanced notice by email of the amount and date of each payment, and customers can get a full and immediate refund from their bank for any payment they believe was taken in error on a 'no questions asked' basis.
Will you notify me before payments are due to leave my account?
Yes. As part of the Direct Debit Guarantee you will be notified by email 3-6 working days before any payment is due to leave your account.
What happens after I set up my Loveadmin.com authorisation?
Once you have setup your Loveadmin.com authorisation you will be notified by email that you have pre-authorised GoCardless to collect payments from you on behalf of Earls Gymnastics.
Is GoCardless secure?
Yes. GoCardless uses military grade encryption to protect your data. All sensitive details are RSA encrypted and communicated over secure channels, so you can rest in the knowledge that your information is secure.
I've never heard of GoCardless before. Is it regulated?
Yes. GoCardless is an Authorised Payment Institution regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
