Our 'Terms of Leaving' outline what we ask parents to do when choosing to withdraw their child from Earls Gymnastics. Our 'Terms of Leaving' are as follows:

You must provide us with 2-weeks written notice

Your written notice must be submitted by email to: earlsgymnastics@hotmail.com

If your 2-week written notice is received between the 1st and 17th day in the month, your final monthly payment of £24.00 for a 1 hour gymnastics classes will have been collected by GoCardless on or around the 7th day of that month. No further payment will be due, provided you have no outstanding fees

If your 2-week written notice is received between the 18th day of a month and the last day of a month, a final monthly payment of £24.00 will be collected by GoCardless on or around the 7th day of the following month
